Chief Accounting Officer

As Chief Accounting Officer, Jin oversees accounting, payroll, and audit functions for all Hui Huliau companies.

​Jin has 20 years of progressive leadership with small, mid-size, and large companies and extensive experience with FAR, DFAR, CAS, DCAA, and DCMA compliance. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University, Certification in Accounting from the University of Virginia, an MA from American University in Washington, D.C., and a BA in Diplomacy and English. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
