Howard Russell

As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Howard Russell oversees long-term growth strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

​

​Howard brings over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic-driven planning, sales/marketing, and project management. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in providing financing support of approximately $1 billion dollars to support the growth of businesses in various roles as an investor, advisor and buyer/owner, lender, and loan review committee member.

​

Howard holds a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He sits on the Board of Directors for Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc., is President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund of Western PA, and is a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Western PA.
