Hui Huliau is pleased to announce that it has acquired LNO, Inc. in a transaction that closed on Oct. 1, 2019. Hui Huliau is continuing to execute its plan to become one of the nation's premier organizations in the U.S. Federal Sector by adding to its stable of operating units. "We are pleased to add more than 120 employees and their families to the Hui Huliau team," said Deryl Wright, Hui Huliau Chief Executive Officer.

LNO provides a wide array of technical services and support including IT/Communications Training and Development; Cyber Security Operations; Information Assurance and Network Engineering; New Equipment Fielding and Training; Systems Engineering, Testing, and Integration; Logistics Support and Analysis; C4IS. It is headquartered in suburban Augusta, GA and provides significant support to the U.S. Army Signal Regiment.

Hui Huliau Acquires AC4S

WAIANAE, Hawaii-January 9, 2019- Hui Huliau announced today the acquisition of Advanced C4 Solutions, Inc. (AC4S), a leader in C4, Professional Support, Cyberspace Operations, and Mission Support services for Federal agencies worldwide. AC4S customers include the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, and Department of Homeland Security.
AC4S is the newest addition to the Hui Huliau family of companies. Other subsidiaries include International Construction, Inc.; KAYA Associates, Inc.; Pono Aina Management, LLC; and Hui Huliau Staffing, LLC.

Hui Huliau-owned 8(a) firms are eligible for directed, sole source contract awards above the competitive threshold.

Hui Huliau Acquires International Construction, Inc.

WAIANAE, Hawaii-June 1, 2017-Hui Huliau announced today the acquisition of International Construction, Inc. from founder John Naeole.

“We welcome International Construction to our Hui Huliau ohana (family) and look forward to expanding operations,” said Adrian Nakea Silva, Hui Huliau Founder and Chairman.

International Construction, Inc. is a participant in the Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program and a provider of Construction and Environmental Services to military and commercial clients. Mr. Naeole will continue to manage daily operations from the company’s headquarters in Kaaawa, Hawaii.
